At least 8 people were killed and 33 injured when a bus carrying Hindu pilgrims plunged into a deep gorge after a suspected terror attack in the Indian federal territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

At least 36 people were killed and 19 injured in a tragic bus accident in India's Jammu and Kashmir. According to the local police, the passenger bus skied off a mountainous road and plunged into a deep gorge. The accident took place around 200 km southeast of Srinagar City and according to reports the bus plunged 300 ft.

In a shocking incident, 10 people were killed after a double-decker bus met with an accident in India's Jammu and Kashmir. The bus carrying pilgrims to the Vaishno Devi Shrine fell into a Gorge along the Jammu Srinagar National Highway. More than 50 people were injured in the incident and the police said the accident took place in early morning at around 5:30 am local time.
