The film was scheduled to release on August 2 and clash at the box office with Sonakshi Sinha starrer 'Khandaani Shafakhana'but latest reports suggest that the film's release has been pushed by a week. 'Jabariya Jodi' will now be releasing on August 9.&nbsp; 
 
According to reports, the release date was changed to avoid clutter at the box office as many films are releasing on August 2 and the previous week’s releases, <a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/judgementall-hai-kya-review-kangana-ranaut-is-terrific-in-this-twisted-thriller-238555">'Judgementall Hai Kya' </a>and 'Arjun Patiala' are still going strong. 
 
Exhibitors requested producers &nbsp;Ekta Kapoor and Shailesh Singh to change the release date to avoid clash.&nbsp; 
 
The August 9 release will also help in terms of earning as August 12 is Eid and a holiday for many. The film will have a week's run before the big release of August 15 when 'Mission Mangal' and 'Batla House' release.&nbsp;
