Top diplomats, experts and officials gathered in New Delhi for the 10th Indian Ocean Dialogue amid rising concerns over maritime security and energy disruptions in the region. IORA Secretary-General Sanjiv Ranjan warned that threats to shipping routes directly impact global energy security and regional stability. The discussions also focused on international law, climate cooperation, naval safety, and India’s growing leadership role in the Indian Ocean under its MAHASAGAR vision.
