<p>All efforts are underway to ensure that the current situation at Line of Actual Control (LAC) is resolved peacefully, said Indian Airfoce (IAF) Chief Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria.</p>

<p>Speaking at Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) at Air Force Academy in Hyderabad, Bhadauria said that in spite of unacceptable Chinese action after agreements reached during military talks and the resulting loss of lives, all efforts are underway to ensure current situation along LAC is resolved peacefully.</p>

<p>He asked everyone present at the parade to join him in paying tribute to Colonel Santosh Babu and his brave men who made the sacrifice while defending the LAC in Galwan valley.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On the occasion of Indian Air Force's 87th founding day, the Air chief said that the force is "grateful for nation's trust and confidence in us and the support provided".&nbsp;</p>

<p>"On behalf of all air warriors, I assure the nation of our sacred resolve, defending the sovereignty of our skies and safeguarding our national interest at all cost," he added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile,&nbsp;Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed gratitude to the "air warriors and their families" on the occasion of Air Force Day. Modi said that the Indian Air Force (IAF) continues to serve the country with "utmost dedication and excellence".</p>
