<p>There have been no reports on casualties or of anyone being trapped so far. Smoke could be seen billowing from afar.&nbsp;</p>

<p>People from the residential buildings in the nearby area have been told to vacate immediately.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There are about 16 fire brigades, 12 Jumbo tankers, CP, 108 ambulances and EMS Ambulance at the spot.&nbsp;</p>
