The court also stated that it cannot be predicted if the German government would authorise arms deliveries that breach international law. "Pursuant to the proposal by the US and the mediators, Israel will, on August 15, send the negotiations team to a place to be determined to finalise the details of the implementation of the framework agreement," an official statement from Netanyahu's office said. Israel's participation comes after the United States, Qatar, and Egypt released a joint statement, inviting Israel and Hamas for ceasefire negotiations on August 15 in Doha or Cairo "to close all remaining gaps and commence implementation of the deal without further delay." "There is no further time to waste, nor excuses from any party for further delay," they said in a joint statement.
