<p>Pakistan foreign office has said <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/we-are-trying-our-best-to-bring-kulbhushan-jadhav-back-to-india-nirmala-sitharaman-23979">Kulbushan Jadhav&#39;s family member</a> will allowed to see him on Christmas Day - 25th December.</p>

<p>WION&#39;s reporter <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/kulbhushan-jadhav-case-india-submits-written-pleadings-to-the-international-court-of-justice-20184">Taha Siddiqui reports Jadhav&#39;s family </a>member would be accompanied by a diplomat from the Indian High Commissioner in Islamabad.</p>

<p>The foreign office, however, didn&#39;t specify the name of the family member due to meet Jadhav in jail.</p>

<p>India&#39;s external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said she had spoken to Avantika Jadhav, Kulbhushan&#39;s mother and informed her that she along with Kulbhushan&#39;s wife would be given a visa by the Pakistan government.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Pakistan had earlier said it was considering India&#39;s request for Jadhav&#39;s wife to meet him as a &#39;humanitarian offer&#39;.</p>

<p>Jadhav ex-Navy officer has been lodged in a Pakistani jail after authorities found him guilty of espionage in Balochistan.</p>

<p>On April 10, 2017, Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Field General Court Martial (FGCM) in Pakistan. However, India appealed to International Court of Justice(ICJ) at The Hague in May.</p>
