<p>“Unborn children are ‘children" without exception based on developmental stage, physical location, or any other ancillary characteristics,” wrote Justice&nbsp;Mitchell in the verdict.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The Wrongful Death of a Minor Act applies to all unborn children, regardless of their location," he added.&nbsp;</p>
