<p>Nokia 3310 was released in September 2000. The phone had a black and white display, memory enough to save just 8 dialled calls in call records and absolutely no capabilities smartphones today offer us.</p>

<p>But it was tough! The body appeared unbreakable as the phone showed no signs of discomfort after a nasty fall. Some users would still remember miracle tales of Nokia 3310 surviving a fall from second storey of a building!</p>

<p>Social media is expectedly abuzz with posts recalling the good-ol-days filled with appreciation of the yesteryear tech piece.</p>

<p>Another thing the phone was loved for was its battery life! Today when we metally celebrate when our smartphone battery lasts for a whole day, Nokia 3310 gave you enough juice to comfortably last two days (and more!)</p>

<p>Reinventing the conventional feature phone, Reliance Jio has unveiled a new handset - the JioPhone - which has features of a smartphone in a regular feature phone body. With the launch of the new 4G-enabled feature phone, Reliance Jio aims to make 2G feature phones obsolete.</p>

<p>Calling it &ldquo;the world&rsquo;s most affordable phone in the world&rdquo;, Reliance Jio has priced the JioPhone at Rs 0. While the phone will be available for free, buyers need to deposit a security of Rs 1500, which, the company says, will be refundable after 3 years.</p>

<p>JioPhone will offer users free voice and SMS along with unlimited data at Rs 153 per month. And for those who can&rsquo;t afford to make a monthly payment, the company has introduced two cheaper data tariff plans - Rs 24 for 2 days and Rs 54 for a week.</p>

<p>Other features of the phone include 2.4-inch QVGA display, alphanumeric keypad, SD card slot, FM radio and a camera. The phone will come pre-loaded with Jio apps including JioMusic and JioCinema.</p>
