<p>Football is back to life with Bundesliga’s resumption on Saturday (May 16). While there is not a single spectator sitting in the stands, there is a sense of relief that footballing action is finally back. Young sensation Erling Haaland registered the first Bundesliga goal post-resumption as Borussia Dortmund took a first-half lead against arch-rivals FC Schalke 04 at the Signal Iduna Park.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There were no crowd celebrations&nbsp;but Haaland and his teammates did celebrate, without touching each other, near the corner flag as the Norwegian jogged with a pointed finger&nbsp;following his clever finish in the 29th minute of the game.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Schalke started the first-half on a positive note, however, Dortmund’s strong pressing made life tough for the Schalke players. Dortmund did get a couple of early chance only but failed to hit the target.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In other matches, Freiburg also took a first-half lead Manuel Guide opened the scoring for the visitors against Red Bull Leipzig.&nbsp;<br />
