Yes, Portia really is that pretty in real life.” The comedian and talk show host referred to the&nbsp;Ellen DeGeneres show&nbsp;controversy that erupted after multiple former colleagues accused her of a toxic workplace and of harassing&nbsp;her employees. This led to her shuttering the show.&nbsp;

The accusations led to an internal investigation from WarnerMedia and Ellen took responsibility for the workplace culture. She apologised to everyone who was involved in the production. Three executives from the show were ultimately fired.&nbsp;
