<p>The sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley is not new to royal ranks as he has previously been responsible for the image of Queen Elizabeth II that has appeared on British coins since 1998. His work on Princess Diana&#39;s statue is expected to finish by 2019.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The statue&nbsp;once finished will be&nbsp;placed on the grounds of Kensington Palace, where Diana once lived.</p>
