Visitors are back to Dracula's Transylvanian castle to celebrate Halloween, despite a surge of COVID-19 infections in the country. The famous castle is located in Bran, 200 km north of the Romanian capital Bucharest. It is one of the main touristic attractions not only for locals but also for thousands of foreign tourists every year.
