The condition of blue-coloured dogs found near a closed chemical factory is normal, head of veterinary clinic 'Zoozastchita NN' Ilya Kazakov said on Tuesday (February 16). So far the cause of the change of fur colour remains unknown, Kazakov said, adding that the clinic is working on establishing the chemical agent the caused the colour change.
