<p>Posting the video, the man wrote in the caption, “My Tiger Rocky is Very Friendly." It appeared that the man tried to show his bond with the wild cat, but netizens were appalled by his "affection" for the animal&nbsp;and questioned his&nbsp;judgement.</p>
