Taylor Swift is seeking just $1 in her countersuit against the DJ who allegedly groped her backstage at one of her concerts in 2013, media reports said.

Swift had alleged that David Mueller touched her inappropriately before a concert at the Pepsi Center in the state capital in 2013.&nbsp;

After the allegations came to light, Mueller reportedly lost his job and then sued Swift for $3 million, <a href="http://www.wionews.com/preview/article/18740">alleging her complaint led to his unfair dismissal</a>.

He told the court he had sent out two dozen resumes and audio samples but received no job offers since being terminated.&nbsp;

Swift countersued, claiming sexual assault.

A judge on Friday threw out Mueller&rsquo;s case against Swift saying that the pop star could not be held liable because Mueller failed to prove that she personally set out to have him fired.

In a deposition last year, Swift said, &quot;He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for the photo, and it felt intentional that that would be the time he would choose to do it.&quot;
