<p>Dense fog following a bitter cold wave continued to hamper train operations in Delhi on Friday.</p>

<p>Twenty-one trains were cancelled, 23 rescheduled and 55 delayed because of low visibility or operational reasons, ANI reported.</p>

<p>Earlier in the morning, <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/dense-fog-disrupts-trains-services-in-delhi-30809">18 trains were cancelled</a>, 35 delayed, and two rescheduled due to low visibility caused by the persisting cold wave.</p>
