A Delhi court acquited two Lashkar terrorists and convicted only one accused in the 2005 serial blasts in the Indian capital Delhi that killed 60 people.

Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists Tariq Ahmed Dar, Mohammed Rafiq Shah and Mohammed Hussain Fazili were arrested after the serial blasts in Sarojini Nagar, Kalkaji and Paharganj markets in 2005.

In a setback for the Delhi Police, the court convicted only Tariq Ahmed Dar under the Unlawful Activities Act, sentencing him to 10 years in jail. He has already served 12 years in jail.&nbsp;

Dar has been convicted only under the charge of terror funding, NDTV reported. He faces several other charges.

The court in 2008 framed charges against Dar, and the other two for waging war against India, conspiring, collecting arms, murder and attempt to murder.

In the chargesheet against Dar, the Delhi Police alleged that his call details proved he was in touch with LeT operatives.&nbsp;

Indian investigators believe the Pakistan-based Islamist terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba was behind the attacks.
