<p>With actor Chadwick Boseman in the lead role, the Disney-Marvel movie has become the highest opening Hollywood debut superhero film in India.&nbsp;The film has opened to approximately Rs 15 crore weekend at the Indian box office. This is also the biggest opening for any Hollywood film in India in 2018.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Interestingly, the film&nbsp;<em>Black Panther</em> is the first Marvel film to be led by a person of colour -- Chadwick Boseman -- and featuring a virtually all-black cast with Michael B Jordan, Lupita Nyong&rsquo;o and Danai Gurira, with Andy Serkis and Martin Freeman being a few exceptions.</p>
