Duterete while addressing a group of former communist rebels on February 7th&nbsp;indicated that &quot;women are useless without a vagina&quot;, he reportedly said that if there is no vagina, women would be &quot;useless.&quot;

Duterete is known for his often violent and dyslogistic comments.

In 2016 at a campaign rally, Duterte told his supporters that as a mayor he thought he should have been first to rape Jacquiline Hamil, an Australian missionary who was gangraped and killed during the 1989 Davao hostage crisis.
