Delhiites are soon to get a common card for commuting via public buses and the metro.&nbsp;

In a bid to transform Delhi&#39;s transport scenario, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today launched India&#39;s first ever common mobility card.

Delhi&#39;s transport minister, Kailash Gahlot, was also present at the launch of the pilot project.&nbsp;

The card can be used on 200 DTC and 50 cluster buses operating on various routes.

Commuters will also be able to use the mobility card for metro travel.

&quot;Its a big step in the transport sector that will facilitate seamless travel for people in Delhi,&quot; Kejriwal told reporters.

Delhi CM also took a short ride on a DTC bus earlier today.

The card can be used like a debit card from April 1, 2018.&nbsp;
