A man in China has come under fire for punishing his three-year-old daughter for watching too much television by giving her a bowl to fill with tears. According to the South China Morning Post, the incident took place last month when the father, who is from Yulin, an autonomous province in southern China, was making dinner and motioned for his daughter, Guangxi Zhuang, to join him at the dining table.
