While nobody can deny&nbsp;India&#39;s&nbsp;military has undergone&nbsp;major&nbsp;transformation since 1962, and infrastructure while still developing has improved, the Chinese not only present larger force&nbsp;levels, they can also move them faster and more efficiently given&nbsp;the phenomenal infrastructure they have invested in.&nbsp;</p>
