New&nbsp;sanctions&nbsp;target a Chinese company, Xiamen Limbach Aircraft Engine Co Ltd, that makes the engine powering Russia's Garpiya series long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, the US&nbsp;Treasury Department said.

The measures also hit China-based Redlepus&nbsp;Vector Industry Shenzhen Co Ltd for its role in the drones' shipment and an affiliated Russian person and company.

The drones are believed to have been&nbsp;used against military and civilian targets in Ukraine, damaging critical infrastructure and inflicting both civilian and military casualties. Reuters was first to report last month that the new Russian drones were being made&nbsp;using Chinese engines and parts.

“The venue isn’t large enough, and even the whale shark is artificial. By 3 o’clock, people were already demanding refunds," said a user.

“The most disappointing part was the whale shark exhibit,” wrote another user on the social media platform&nbsp;Xiaohongshu.&nbsp;

“When I heard the name, I was full of anticipation, but when I arrived, I saw a mechanical whale shark. It’s not interesting at all," commented a third user.

Addressing the criticism, the representatives of Xiaomeisha said that the robo-shark — which had cost millions of Chinese yuan — was created to adhere to laws which ban the trade of whale sharks and was not aimed at “catfish” visitors.&nbsp;

“Even though it’s for the sake of animal protection, I’d rather they didn’t have one at all than show a fake one,” said a user.

“The fish care was not professional enough. I noticed that some of the fish in the tanks had white spots,” wrote another user.

“Most people wouldn’t notice, but anyone who’s kept tropical fish knows that’s white spot disease. Some of the fish didn’t appear to be in good health," a third user stated.

India on Wednesday (Oct 16) refused to endorse China's&nbsp; 'One Belt One Road' at the&nbsp;Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit, reiterating its strong opposition against the controversial initiative.

All members barring India supported China's project, aimed at building trade routes but importantly, imposing strategic control over the region.&nbsp;The joint communique issued at the end of the summit, hosted by Islamabad stated that Russia, Belarus, Iran,&nbsp;Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan&nbsp;reaffirmed their support for OBOR.

India's&nbsp;External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar took to X (formerly Twitter) and subtly took a dig at China's initiative.&nbsp;

"Upholding fair and balanced connectivity projects in accordance with international law, the goals and principles of the UN Charter and SCO Charter," posted Jaishankar.&nbsp;

"Reemphasizing rules-based, non-discriminatory, open, fair, inclusive and transparent multilateral trading system with WTO at its core," he added.

Notably, India had refused its endorsement last year as well when the SCO Summit was held in New Delhi.

On October 10, residents in Luoyang, Henan province, said that they heard a little girl crying and found that she and her brother were sitting very dangerously, reported the news website Sohu.

They found the children's mother sitting on the adjoining windowsill,&nbsp;fighting loudly with her husband and not letting him approach the children, as per the viral video.

In the video, both the children were not seen wearing any protective gear and the girl appeared terrified as she sobbed while the boy remained comparatively calm.
