A shooting incident triggered panic in the district court complex of the Indian Union Territory of Chandigarh on Saturday (Aug 3) afternoon. As per reports, Malwinder Singh, a suspended assistant inspector general (AIG) of Punjab Police, opened fire on his son-in-law at the mediation centre and killed him on the spot.
