R&B icon Brandy Norwood has been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, marking a major milestone in her decades-long career in music and entertainment.

The ceremony took place on March 30, 2026, where she received the 2,839th star in the Walk of Fame’s history in the recording category.

Brandy was joined by family, friends and industry figures, including Issa Rae and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, who praised her lasting influence on music and culture.

The recognition is seen as a tribute to her impact across music, television and film, with many calling it a long-overdue honour.
