The parent company of Business Insider and Politico, Axel Springer announced on Wednesday (Dec 13) that it was joining hands with OpenAI's ChatGPT to let the chatbot access its content, including paywall content, and also to let it summarise its articles.

The CEO made the statement was the media organisation aimed at boosting revenue at German newspapers Bild and Die Welt and entering the transition phase to become a “purely digital media company”.
