The Rouse Avenue Court on Monday (Apr 22) declined a plea moved by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking direction to Jail Authorities to administer insulin. Kejriwal had also asked for permission to allow him to consult his personal doctor through video conferencing daily for 15 minutes in presence of his wife Sunita with respect to his acute diabetes and fluctuating blood sugar level.
