The two celebrities took to social media to express their disappointment. Feeling 'helpless', Amit Trivedi revealed that the serial number given on his voting ID did not match with the voters' list at the polling booth and he was not allowed to vote.&nbsp;</p>

Meanwhile, Gauahar Khan took to her Instagram stories to urge the authorities to use the Aadhar card as a mark of identification to cast the vote. The actress was not allowed to vote when she first went to the polling booth.<br />

“I have an appeal. Why do we have Aadhar cards if we are not considered citizens enough to vote? Your Aadhaar card is your identity that you are an Indian citizen and you should be able to vote with that," said Gauahar in the video.<br />

“People who have left the building are still on that list. I have seen it myself. And if I, my mom, my husband, everyone is registered on that building…. none of us are there. So how does one vote? We go with our Aadhar card, Id proof and they say, ‘No you cannot vote’.” Gauahar said that it makes ‘no sense’ that Aadhaar card is not applicable in this situation.</p>

<p>“Here literally people are fighting and going berserk over there because they have their IDs but the survey doesn't have their name on the list. They are saying if you are not on the list then you cannot vote. I think that is the most basic deprivation of your rights to vote!,” she added.</p>

<p>Amazon Prime Video India announced today that that music composer Amit Trivedi, singer Sunidhi Chauhan, and DJ Nucleya will come together to judge a new music reality show titled The Remix for the video-on-demand streaming service.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The show will have 10 episodes&nbsp;where DJs and singers will pair up to create remixes of songs and compete for a big prize. It will run on an already established format that has been sold in 15 countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In each episode, the DJ or the singer will pair up and reinterpret a popular song in a new style or format, which will change on the basis of challenges put up at each stage.&nbsp;At the end of every performance, celebrity judges will decide who will be eliminated from the show.</p>

<p>Vijay Subramaniam, Director, Content, Amazon Prime Video India, in a statement said, &quot;We know Indians enjoy reality TV, so we are creating new originals with the best new concepts and local Indian talent. We&#39;re excited to add more variety to our service, and continue to reinvent the way Indian customers watch TV.&quot;</p>

<p>On 23 August, Amazon Prime Video&nbsp;announced its first step towards the creation of multiple Unscripted Originals in the format of reality shows for India. The Remix is one of the three new reality shows out of the lot.&nbsp;The other reality shows are Jestination Unknown, a six-episode traveling comedy show that follows Vir and a group of his comic friends, and Comic Kaun, a tentative title which will be a 10-episode nationwide hunt to find India&#39;s next big comedian. A panel of top comedian judges will decide over a pool of emerging comedians in India who will compete for the prize. Each episode will focus on a specific comedy genre and the judges will serve as mentors in their genre of expertise.</p>
