The Punjab and Haryana high court has said all the property of the Dera Sacha Sauda is to be attached to pay for damages done by the Dera&#39;s followers.&nbsp;

Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was on Friday convicted of raping two of his woman followers by a CBI court in Panchkula. The case dates back to 2002.&nbsp;

Minutes after the judgment was passed, Ram Rahim&#39;s followers -- who had been gathering in the town -- went on the rampage.&nbsp;

Over 30 people have been killed in the violence that followed, and as many as 250 injured.&nbsp;

The Dera Sacha Sauda describes itself as a spiritual and welfare organisation. It claims to have 50 million followers.&nbsp;

Its headquarters in Sirsa, Haryana -- on which the Army, Police, and Rapid Action Force marched on Saturday -- is spread over a 100 acres.&nbsp;

It has its own schools, hospital, farm, and cinema hall.&nbsp;
