<p>An eight-month-old&nbsp;baby girl was allegedly raped by her 28-year-old cousin in the national capital&#39;s Shalimar Bagh.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The incident happened on Sunday when the parents of the baby were out to&nbsp;work.</p>

<p>The incident was discovered by the mother when she returned from work and found her daughter lying in a pool of blood.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The infant was immediately admitted to a hospital where she underwent a surgery.&nbsp;</p>
