On Friday (November 10), US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in India ahead of the so-called "2+2" ministerial dialogue that begins today. Before the high-level ministerial dialogue, he held talks with India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.

The annual 2+2 ministerial dialogue between India and United States will take place in December. India's external affairs minister Dr S Jaishankar and defence minister Rajnath Singh will travel to Washington for the meeting.
