<p>We are talking about Rita Moreno who looked elegant walking in her 1962 Oscar gown that underwent some changes to become her 2018 gown. Her black and gold dress was created in Manila and was strapless to start with but this time around she made it into a bustier that she paired with matching black gloves, and heavy accessories. She wore a black headband, a black and gold collar necklace, a chunky bracelet and earrings.&nbsp;</p>
