While the Royals are coming into this game on the back of an easy 183-run chase versus Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Gujarat lost their last game, to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by 33 runs.

GT, the 2022 champions, have not been at their consistent best and will need to be at their A-game to beat the high-flying Royals. Sanju Samson & Co. are at the top of the IPL 2024 points table with four back-to-back wins.
