<p>Wrestler Sushil Kumar clinched the gold medal in 74kg freestyle wrestling at the 21st Commonwealth Games on Thursday.</p>

<p>Sushil took a minute and 20 seconds to defeat Johannes Botha of South Africa on technical superiority to claim his third successive gold medal at the Games.</p>

<p>Earlier today, Babita Phogat opened India's account in the wrestling competition by claiming the silver medal as she lost in the finals by Canada's Diana Weicker.</p>

<p>Also, India's Rahul Aware earned the gold medal in the Men's Freestyle 57 kg category. he defeated Takahashi 15-7 to clinch India's 13th gold medal.&nbsp;</p>
