AB de Villiers is probably the best player of our generation, says Marcus Stoinis

Australian cricketer Marcus Stoinis, who plays for Virat Kohli-led Bangalore team in the Indian Premier League, said that batting alongside AB de Villiers made his job a lot easier during Bangalore's maiden win in IPL 2019.
Stoinis remained unbeaten on 28 with the South African great to bring the team inch closer to the victory.
The duo in the middle added 85 runs for the second wicket to endtheir winless streak so far.
Virat Kohli (67) in the company of de Villiers (59 not out) started off the inning well, sharing an 85-run stand to lay the foundation.
Stoinis walked in when at the fall of skipper Kohli and the team needed 46 runs off 27 balls.
"I am pretty familiar with this ground, I have played here for three years," said Stoinis at the post-match press conference here.
"The more comforting factor is batting with AB de Villiers, that makes it easier."
He further added, "I said to him (AB), that he is probably the best player of our generation and he showed it today."
Stoinis said that Bangalore badly needed a win to stay alive in the tournament.
"We needed it, it's good get to two points and get ourselves started," he said.
