Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro and his 'non-normal' antics

Be it riding a horse or passing time on a jet ski, Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro has done all 'non-normal' things amid the coronavirus pandemic -- before it and after it -- and might we say, proudly.

Here is a list of antics that Bolsonaro has done which made us wonder -- a lot:

Coughing away the virus

In a protest rally against the coronavirus lockdown for "just a virus", Bolsonaro was seen coughing. Although, he did cover his mouth while coughing, the captured  moment took over the internet in split seconds.

Horsing around

Jair Bolsonaro has been spotted various times in public gatherings, even rallies and protests, without a face mask. He has in fact went to anti-lockdown and pre-government protests where he landed in the crowd on his helicopter, shook hands with protestors and rode off on a horse.

Passing time in pandemic

Bolsonaro's ratings took a hit when he was spotted riding a jet ski amid coronavirus chaos in the country. The captured moments were not appreciated and the netizens lashed out.

Bit by bird

After being tested positive for COVID-19, Bolsonaro was spotted feeding birds at his official residence at the Alvorada Palace in Brasilia. The internet broke out in laughter after a bird from the flock bit the President.

Hydroxychloroquine

Bolsonaro, after testing positive for coronavirus, claimed that he is doing "well" and that Hydroxychloroquine is actually curing him. However, later, he tested positive for the second time.

'I so want to pound your mouth with punches'

Bolsonaro threatened to punch a reporter repeatedly in the mouth when he was asked about his wife's links to an alleged corruption scheme.

"I so want to pound your mouth with punches," the far-right president said when a reporter from O Globo, posed the question on August 23.
