Women's are never less than man

On the occasion of international women's day. The govt of Argentina displayed a special performance by the women musicians of the country's defence forces.

The Argentinian govt honoured the women of the forces saying that the incorporation of women in the armed forces has been the most important cultural change for the military since the recovery of their democracy in 1983.

Argentina faces a glim reality. The Latin American country has one of the worst figures of violence against women.

Femicide is rampant in the country.

In order to come out in support of women's rights in the country. Women musicians from the argentine army, navy and air force played together for the very first time outside the defence ministry in Buenos Aires in honour of the international women's day.

The defence around the world can be a sexist profession where women aren't perceived as being as physically capable as men.

"We were very few women playing the french horn and now women are being incorporated as French horn players and percussionists. That did not happen in the past, because it was believed that to blow an instrument with a certain airflow that maybe men and women don't have the same (capacity), because the French horn is complicated, but we have demonstrated that regardless of the genre we can blow any instrument."

Present at the performance was Argentina's defence minister Agustin Rossi. Rossi said that the incorporation of women in the armed forces has been the most important cultural change for the military since the recovery of democracy in 1983.

"I believe that the incorporation of women in the framework of the armed forces has been the most important cultural change that the forces have had during all these last 30 years, I could almost say coinciding with the recovery of democracy."
