According to reports, the Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against Delhi's Health and Power Minister Satyendra Jain and former PWD Engineer-in-Chief SK Srivastava, among others. Those named have allegedly been involved in the irregular hiring of creative teams in the Public Works Department.
The CBI on Wednesday raided Jain's residence for allegedly hiring the creative teams for Mohalla clinics, schools and other such programmes.

Last year, CBI had called for a preliminary enquiry related to the hiring of 24 architects. It was maintained that the officials were hired without following proper rules and norms.
