A day afterCongress released a list of 218 candidates for the upcoming Karnataka polls, disgruntled Congress workers vandalised party's office in the state's Mandya district.
A video surfaced showing Congress workers trashing party assets including furniture, papers, and banners.
The workers are reportedly protesting over the distribution of tickets.
The party on Sunday released a list of 218 candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
The list announced the constituency of over 200 candidates including current state chief minister and party's chief ministerial candidate Siddaramaiah who will contest from Chamundeshwari constituency. Siddaramaiah's sonYathindra Siddaramaiah will contest from Varuna constituency.
The assemblyelections in Karnataka are scheduled to beheld on May 12 ina single phase.
