<p>BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate BS Yeddyurappa will be contesting from the Shikaripura constituency.</p>

<p>The assembly&nbsp;elections in Karnataka are scheduled to be&nbsp;held on May 12 in&nbsp;a single phase.</p>
