Senior BJP MP from Patna Sahib, Bihar, Shatrughan Sinha who frequently draws controversies over his repeated attacks on his own political party has yet again invited attention after his meet with BJP arch-rival RJD chief Lalu Yadav and his family.

Referring to the recent verdict on Lalu Yadav where the court has awarded him imprisonment of 14 years as "heartbreaking and non-expected", Sinha tweeted "It was a great reunion of old family friends and members of mutual admiration society".

Sinha went to meet Lalu Yadav at  Ranchi Institute of Medical Sciences where the RJD chief is undergoing treatment.

He further tweeted "It is indeed a learning experience always to see Laluji's high morale, inner strength & cool. “Seeing is believing”! Of course the support, sympathy, blessings of people in general and Bihar, in particular, give him the strength. Had gone to meet, wish & enquire about his health."

After meeting the RJD chief, Sinha also met with his wife and former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi and her sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav.
