"We are introducing Shahenshah this year in Sadar festival," corporator, Mursheedabad, Haribabu Yadav, said.
"Shahenshah" has a huge appetite, he consumes 40 litres of milk, 100 apples and 5 kgs of dry fruits per day and has four caretakers.
The bull is a high maintenance animal, the owners spend $1,537 every month on the giant bull.
The bull is also greatly sought after, a customer recentlyoffered $3.8million to purchase him.
Two years ago a bull named "Yuvraj", weighing 1.5 tonne and over 5 feet 9 inches in height had stolen the limelight at the Sadar bull festival.
