
The Supreme Court on Tuesdayhas ordered Amrapali Group to disclose by tomorrow all payments made to cricketer MS Dhoni who has sued the realty firm over unpaid dues when he was the brand ambassador of the company.
The 37-year-old former Indian captain, last month,took the debt-ridden real estate group to court, seeking Rs. 40 crore due to him for his services.
Dhoni endorsed Amrapali from 2009 to 2016 and appeared in several advertisements.
Amrapali Group ran into financial difficulties and 46,000 homebuyers, who have already paid for their respective properties, moved the apex court seeking court’s intervention for the handover of properties.
