The Westminster Magistrates' Court in London is likely to conclude its hearing by July 11

Vijay Mallaya's extradition is likely to be discussed during UK-India Home Affairs dialogue today.

The ex-liquor baron is currently fighting a case in the British court to prevent Indian officials from extraditing him in the 9,000 crore money laundering case.

The UK judge had recently said Mallya was in "clear breach" of Karnataka court's order when he disposed of assets like a historic sword of Tipu Sultan acquired at an auction in 2003.

Mallaya has been fighting the extradition warrant in the UK court since last year. The Westminster Magistrates' Court in London is likely to conclude its hearing by July 11 after which it is expected to announce its judgement.

Mallya has claimed the criminal charges against him are "without substance" and "politically motivated".
