Diljit Dosanjh starrer “Soorma” released its trailer today as the film brings alive the story of hockey legend Sandeep Singh who did not give up on his passion for the sport even though he met with serious adversities in his prime.

The trailer as it released today, takes us through the life of Sandeep as he goes through several ups and downs in both his personal and professional aspects of life. The film also puts emphasis on Sandeep’s struggle to get on his own feet after he gets paralyzed for two years because of an accidental gunshot that injured him.
The trailer hits a high emotional note as it takes us through the journey of India’s campaign in the 2009 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup which they won under his captaincy.
"Soorma"is written and directed by Shaad Ali and produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Chitrangda Singh and Deepak Singh.
