Karan Johar just reannounced Parineeti Chopra as Kesari's heroine. Here's why

On Wednesday Karan Johar announced on Twitter that Parineeti Chopra has been signed up for Kesari - a film based the historic battle of Sargarhi co-starring Akshay Kumar. But while KJo announced the name of the leading lady, he tweeted the film's lead man's photo along with the tweet.

Twitter was quick to take jibes at the filmmaker for the inaccuracy of the tweet and went on to troll him.

Nearly a day later, Karan Johar had to again 're-announce'Pareenti Chopra's inclusion in the project.

The filmmare wrote, "Ok guys that was meant to be an image of #KESARI whilst announcing the lead actress of the film! Clearly Twitter is quick to Jump and attack! Apologies!!!!! This is to re announce the wonderfully talented @ParineetiChopra as lead cast of #KESARI(sic)"

Please note, he stands corrected, guys!
