Milind Soman, 52 and Ankita Konwar, 26 are reportedly set to get married this year
90s heartthrob, former supermodel Milind Soman who continues to be in news for creating records as a marathon runner and for fitness is set to settle down or so we think from photos on social media.
It was reported in December last year that Milind, 52 will tie the knot with his 26-year-old girlfriend Ankita Konwar in 2018. Proving that the reports might eventually be true, Ankita recently shared a photo of their hands, intertwined and with a diamond on her ring finger. The photo caption reads: “I don't want to know what it's like to live without you. Don't want to know the other side of a world without you - #ruelle #forever #youandi #mylove.”
Ever since news of them being together spread with Milind posting photos of the couple, the two have been trolled by social media users for the age gap between them. Milind who is a triathlon winner focuses on health and fitness campaigns while his girlfriend-fiancee Ankita is an air hostess with Air India. It has been four years since Milind-Ankita’s relationship.
Earlier as reported by a popular celebrity news website, Milind met Ankita's family in Guwahati in 2017, and with the consent of all, they decided to get married in 2018. He reportedly coincided his trip with Akita's little nephew's birthday when he could meet her family in Assam.
The website reported, "Ankita is almost half of Milind's age. The massive age gap was an issue for Ankita's family but now after having met Milind, they are ready to ignore the age factor."
If the wedding materialises, this will be Milind's second marriage. He was briefly married for three years to French actress Mylene Jampanoi in 2006.
