The Delhi Police have registered a case in connection with the alleged assault on Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.
The FIR lodged under sections 186, 353, 323, 342, 504, 506(2) and 120b and 34 are pertaining to obstructing a public servant from performing the duty, assaulting a public servant and voluntarily causing hurt.
The Delhi spokesperson Deependra Pathak has said that the investigationin the matter wasunderway.
He said "Have registered a case where it said that yesterday late night Chief Secretary was called at CM's residence where some MLAs were also present and Chief Secretarywas assaulted. Investigation has begun"

Meanwhile, members from IAS, Delhi Andaman & Nicobar Islands Civil Service (DANICS) & Delhi Administration Subordinate Services Association (DASS) have demanded an action against the MLAs involved in the alleged assault.
They have also called off any meeting with the Delhi Government until an apology is tendered from chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.
