The Pintos were granted anticipatory bail by the Punjab and Haryana High Court
The Punjab and Haryana High Court granted anticipatory bail Tuesday to the Pinto family, owners of Ryan International School.
Augustine, Grace, and Ryan Pinto had been arrested in connection with the murder on September 8 of class II student Pradyuman Thakur who was studying at theirBhondsi, Gurgaon school.
The Pintos were already out on bail.
The CBI however had opposed their bail, demanding that it be given custody of them.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court granted the Pintos anticipatory bail on Tuesday on two conditions -- that they not leave the country, and that they assist in the investigation.
